Positive customer service made my stay pleasant.

I encountered multiple problems during my stay. The room I was given was dirty with unclean sheets and sticky spill spots. It was particularly upsetting when I found dead bugs and hair in the room, and despite complaining, the replacements were not much better.

We stayed at this cozy inn with our seven kids, and the location was a great spot for visiting nearby parks! The check-in process was quick and easy, which was a relief for our bigger group. Plus, having shops close by made things more convenient for us.

Good location, but no breakfast

Spent a night with my family. The location was pretty great, close to stores and stuff. However, there was literally no breakfast to be found, which was a bummer. The room was decent, just needed to be a bit cleaner. The staff was nice though, so that was a plus.

Check-in went smoothly, which I found encouraging despite the issues encountered. The walls, however, let in too much noise, making it difficult to settle down at times. Couches were stiff, and I didn't enjoy their comfort. Ventilation was an issue, as windows couldn’t open, forcing me to keep the door ajar for fresh air. The hot breakfast personally disappointed me. the containers for cold cereal were all empty, and there was barely any bread available for toast. Overall, there was a mix of comfortable amenities and areas that required serious attention.
